Surrounded by the ocean, this year in honour of our 90th Anniversary and in celebration of our nearest and dearest friend, the Atlantic Ocean, we’re taking a deep dive and offering a week full of guest speakers, experiences and adventures that will bring you up close, personal and intimate with the ocean.

June 8th IS World Ocean Day SURF-abration here at White Point, but there’s a whole week of festivities and fun!

June 1 – 10, each day will feature a different event, the schedule is in development, here’s what you can expect … and of course more!

- Whale of a Time, with a special visit from Brier Island Whale Watch
- White Point Plankton, Periwinkles and Predators Adventure with Gael Tours!
- Oceanside Yoga
- Deep Dive: 20 years later, a look at artificial reef, Matthew Atlantic in Port Mouton Bay
- Hike Seaside! Kejimkujik National Park & National Historic Site of Canada
- Piping Plover Stewardship Beach Walk
- Hike to the ‘point’ of White Point
- Brush by the Beach – an plein air edition of our Brush with Good Cheer!
- Celebrate the Sea Boat Tour with Capt. Brad Crouse, visit Coffin Island!
- After Dark by the Sea – a Dark Sky adventure
- PLUS June 7 – 10 it’s the Shelburne County Lobster Festival!
